本文从分析习近平总书记提出的新时代社会风险的表现入手,通过对当前我国经济建设和社会发展面临的社会安全风险、公平风险、城乡社会风险等的梳理,从社会发展的不平衡不充分、社会规范的断裂与失衡、网络信息生态治理的漏洞、西方敌对势力的恶意煽动等方面探索了导致社会风险的原因,提出了抓住风险的核心源头、坚持系统防范、依法治理、综合施策等防范和化解社会风险的对策。

Starting with the analysis of the performance of the social risk in the new era, the essay explores the causes of the social risk from the aspects of the imbalance of social development, the breakage and imbalance of social norms, the loopholes of network information ecological governance, the malicious incitement of western hostile forces, and puts forward some countermeasures to grasp the core source of the risk, insist on systematic prevention, ruling by law, comprehensive policies and so on.
