高校后勤工会是高校后勤党委联系广大后勤员工的桥梁与纽带,在助力高校"三全育人"工作中发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对高校后勤工会在"三全育人"工作中的现状、应有的角色定位以及作用的发挥途径等的分析,提出了高校后勤工会助力高校"三全育人"工作的具体建议。
