疫情背景下我国成人学历教育在线教学工作探析——以北京市丰台区职工大学为例

Analysis on the Online Further Education in China under the Background of COVID-19: Taking Beijing Fengtai Workers College for Example

近年来,我国成人高等教育事业得到了快速发展。但是,我国成人高等教育信息化管理却一直相对滞后,教学模式的规范化、标准化和信息化管理程度不高。2020年初以来,受新冠肺炎疫情的影响,国内不同类型的教育培训工作纷纷转变传统的教育模式,综合运用现代信息化教育手段,大力发展在线教育,积极探索线上教育的教学手段和教学方法。本文以北京市丰台区职工大学为例,通过对我国成人学历教育在线教学工作实践的总结和系统分析,探讨了我国成人学历教育在线教学工作目前所面临的主要问题和改进措施。

In recent years, China’s further education has been rapid developed. However, the information management of further education in China has been lagged. The standardization, and information management of teaching mode need to be promoted. Since the beginning of 2020, under the influence of the epidemic situation of COVID-19, different types of education and training in China have changed into the traditional education model one after another, such as comprehensively using modern information education means, vigorously developing online education and actively exploring online education teaching methods. Taking Beijing Fengtai Workers’ University as an example, the paper summarizes and systematically analyzes the practice of online teaching of further education in China, and discusses the main problems and improvement measures for online teaching of further education in China.
