摘要
屏蔽套作为屏蔽泵的关键部件,为保证电气性能要求,一般将其设计为薄壁型结构,因此为保证屏蔽泵可靠运行,需对屏蔽套进行稳定性分析,现利用有限分析软件对15kW两级屏蔽式电动离心泵屏蔽套稳定性进行分析计算,通过仿真结果验证屏蔽泵工作的可靠性。
As a key part of the canned pump,the shield sleeve is generally designed as a thin-walled structure to guarantee the electrical performance requirements.Therefore,the stability analysis of shield sleeve should be carried out to ensure the reliable operation of the canned pump.The stability of shield sleeve of a 15kW 2-pole electric canned centrifugal pump is analyzed and calculated by finite-element analysis software,and the simulation result has verified that operation of the canned pump is reliable.
