常压易染阳离子聚酯纤维染色动力学性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 用3种颜色的阳离子染料对常压易染阳离子聚酯(ECDP)纤维进行染色试验,分别研究了Cationic Red CA、Cationic Yellow CA和Cationic Blue CA对ECDP纤维的染色动力学机理。结果表明,随着染色温度升高,3种阳离子染料的扩散系数D和染色速率常数随之提高。3种阳离子染料的平衡上染量都比较高,均可达到对纤维的深染效果。其中,Cationic Blue CA染料对ECDP纤维进行染色,其染色速率常数最大,扩散系数最高,平衡上染量最大;Cationic Red CA染料对ECDP纤维进行染色,其染色速率常数最小,扩散系数最低,平衡上染量最小,半染时间最长。染色过程中,ECDP纤维始染温度低,初染率高。 In this paper,Cationic Red CA、Cationic Yellow CA and Cationic Blue CA were used in the dyeing,and the dyeing kinetics mechanism of cationic dyes on ECDP fibers was studied.The results showed that,the dyeing rate and diffusion coefficient increased with the temperature rising.The ECDP fibers can obtain high dyeuptake in the dyeing process,and the dyeing effects of three cationic dyes were good.Under the same temperature,the rate constant,diffusion coefficient and equilibrium absorption capacity of Cationic Blue CA on ECDP fibers were highest.Meanwhile,the same kinetics parameters of Cationic Red CA on ECDP fibers were lowest,and the half-dyeing time was the longest.By the way,the ECDP fibers had lower initial dyeing temperature and higher primary dyeing rate in the dyeing progress.
