摘要
风管作为烘箱中的关键部分,其结构直接影响拉幅定形的效果。鉴于目前风管结构设计过程中存在的问题导致织物质量不能满足需求,提出一种新型风嘴的结构。利用Gambit建立模型,并用ANSYS CFD流场分析软件进行仿真分析。结果表明,新型风嘴在织物的烘干定形过程中能够吹出更加均匀的热风,结构更加合理,能源利用率更高,为拉幅定形机烘箱系统的结构设计提供了参考价值。
As a key part of the oven,the structure of the air duct directly affects the effect of tentering and setting.In view of the fact that the fabric quality does not meet the demand due to the existing problems in the design process of air duct structure,a new structure of air duct nozzle is proposed.Gambit is used to build the model and ANSYS CFD software is used to simulate the flow field.The results show that the new air nozzle can blow out more uniform hot air during the drying and setting process of the fabric.The structure is more reasonable and the energy utilization rate is higher.It provides a reference value for the structural design of the oven system of the tentering and setting machine.
