新型扒条缝型构成装置的开发

Development of New Strip Seam Composition Device

针对传统扒条缝型构成装置缝制时卷布机构出口端仰角不可调整、缝制不同厚薄布条时对卷折后的布条塑形调整差等问题,设计开发一种新型缝制扒条缝型的构成装置,选用铰链结构连接缝型构成装置与压脚端面,压脚柄与缝型构成装置通过可调进行连接,并设置布条塑形调压装置。应用结果表明,该扒条缝型构成装置具有结构简单、操作方便、塑形调压装置可靠性高等特点,可以实现缝型由技术性操作变为熟练性操作,从根本上可以降低人为因素的影响和作业的难度,降低用工成本,并且提高产品品质和生产效率。

Aiming at the problems of non-adjustable elevation angle at the outlet of the coiling mechanism,and poor adjustment of the shape of the folded cloth strip when sewing different thickness cloth strips on the traditional stripping seam-type device used for sewing,a new sewing strip seam composition device is designed and developed.The hinge structure is used to connect the joint type device with the end face of the foot pressing device,the foot pressing handle and the joint type device are connected through adjustable connection,and the cloth strip shaping pressure regulating device is set up.The application results show that the sewing constructive device has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation,high reliability of the plastic pressure regulating device,and can realize the transformation of the seam type from technical operation to skilled operation,fundamentally reducing the influence of human factors and the difficulty of operation,reducing labor costs,and improving product quality and production efficiency.
