摘要 文中建立了1个快速鉴别和测定纺织品中12种高关注物质残留量的热解析-气质联用分析方法,对热解析温度、热解析时间、附件初温等裂解器热解析工作条件进行了优化,并对方法的线性关系和精密度进行了测定。结果表明,该方法采用固体样品直接进样分析,不需要使用任何有机溶剂进行前处理,对环境友好。方法的检出限为0.03~1.00 mg/kg,方法精密度试验的相对标准偏差为6.47%~14.87%。该方法简单快速,定性可靠,可完全满足纺织品中12种高关注物质残留量的日常检测工作需要。 This paper established a rapid discriminative analysis of residues of twelve substances of very high concern(SVHC)in textiles using Py-GC-MS technique.The working conditions of thermal desorption such as thermal desorption temperature,thermal desorption time and initial temperature of the accessory were optimized.The linearity and precision of the proposed method were measured.The results show that in this method,solid samples were directly injected without any pretreatment processes with organic solvents.The proposed method was environmentally friendly.The limits of detection(LODs)varied from 0.03 mg/kg to 1.00 mg/kg.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision experiment changed from 6.47%to 14.87%.The proposed method was simple,fast and sensitive which completely meets the needs of routine detection of the residues of twelve highly concerned substances in textiles.
