综合康复治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation on Shoulder-hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的对脑卒中后肩手综合征治疗中综合康复治疗的效果进行分析与研究。方法该次实验抽取菏泽医专附属医院2018年11月—2019年11月期间脑卒中后肩手综合征患者70例,通过抽签将患者分为甲乙两组,每组35例;实验过程中,医护人员对甲组患者实施常规治疗方案进行治疗,对乙组患者实施综合康复治疗方法进行治疗;对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察与分析。结果甲组患者治疗总有效率为74.29%,乙组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.951,P<0.05);相比甲组患者,乙组患者疼痛评分较低,甲乙两组患者疼痛评分分别为(8.70±1.41)分及(2.80±1.29)分,两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比甲组患者,乙组患者运动功能评分较高,甲乙两组患者运动功能评分分别为(14.62±7.31)分及(24.96±8.45)分,两组患者之间差异有统计学意义(t=18.260、5.475,P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中后肩手综合征治疗中综合康复治疗有着较好的效果,其在促进脑卒中后肩手综合征患者治疗总有效率的提升、降低患者疼痛评分、提高患者运动功能评分方面有着不容忽视的作用,医护人员应给予足够的关注。

Objective To analyze and study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods This experiment selected 70 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome from the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from November 2018 to November 2019.The patients were divided into two groups,by drawing lots.35 cases per group;during the experiment,medical staff implemented conventional treatment programs for group A patients and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for group B patients;observation and analysis of the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in group A was 74.29%,the total effective rate of patients in group B was 97.14%.There differences between the patients and statistically significant(χ^2=5.951,P<0.05);compared with the patients in group A,patients in group B had lower pain scores,and the pain scores of patients in groups A and B were(8.7±1.41)points and(2.8±1.29)points,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with patients in group A,patients in group B have higher motor function scores,and the motor fanction scores of patients in two groups are(14.62±7.31)points and(24.96±8.45)points,the difference between the two groups of patients was statistically significant(t=18.260,5.475,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy has a good effect in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome.It can promote the improvement of the total effective rate of the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome patients,reduce the patient’s pain score,and improve patients'scoring of motor function plays an important role,and medical staff should pay enough attention.
