根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中的临床疗效

摘要 目的研究根管显微镜技术联合超声治疗牙体牙髓病的效果。方法选取2017年8月—2019年4月138例于该院收治的牙体牙髓病患者,随机分为观察组和参照组,分别采取根管显微镜技术联合超声技术治疗和常规根管治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者的治疗效果,观察组的手术耗时为(38.37±6.17)min,生活质量得分为(88.85±6.79)分,焦虑得分为(37.64±2.67)分,抑郁得分为(39.94±2.17)分;参照组的手术耗时为(64.28±8.76)min,生活质量得分为(81.47±6.09)分,焦虑得分为(45.38±3.76)分,抑郁得分为(48.76±2.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.086、6.721、13.941、22.799,P<0.05)。观察组有效共计42例,占比60.86%,良好15例,占比21.73%,一般11例,占比15.94%,无效1例,占比1.44%,治疗有效率98.55%;参照组有效共计38例,占比55.07%,良好13例,占比18.84%,一般10例,占比14.49%,无效8例,占比11.59%,治疗有效率88.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.279,P=0.039)。观察组牙龈出血共计1例,占比1.45%,感染0例,占比0.00%,疼痛1例,占比1.45%,不良反应发生率为2.90%;参照组牙龈出血共计3例,占比4.35%,感染2例,占比2.90%,疼痛3例,占比4.35%,不良反应发生率为11.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.881,P=0.049)。结论根管显微镜技术联合超声技术在牙体牙髓治疗中效果明显,可提高治疗有效率,另外也能降低并发症发生率,有较高的应用价值。 Objective To study the effect of root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound in the treatment of dental pulp disease.Methods From August 2017 to April 2019,138 patients with dental endodontics who were admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and reference group.They were treated with root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound technology and conventional root canal therapy,to compare the treatment effect,treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Results The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The operation time of the observation group was(38.37±6.17)min,the quality of life score was(88.85±6.79)points,the anxiety score was(37.64±2.67)points,and the depression score was(39.94±2.17)points;the operation time of the reference group was(64.28±8.76)min,the quality of life score was(81.47±6.09)points,the anxiety score was(45.38±3.76)points,and the depression score was(48.76±2.37)points.,the difference was statistically significant(t=20.086,6.7211,13.941,22.799,P<0.05).The observation group had 42 effective cases,accounting for 60.86%,good 15 cases,accounting for 21.73%,and general 11 cases.Accounted for 15.94%,1 case was ineffective,accounted for 1.44%,and the effective rate of treatment was 98.55%;in the reference group,38 cases were effective,accounting for 55.07%,13 cases were good,accounting for 18.84%,and 10 cases were general,accounting for 14.49%.8 cases were ineffective,accounting for 11.59%,and the effective rate was 88.41%.,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.279,P=0.039).There were 1 case of gingival bleeding in the observation group,accounting for 1.45%,0 case of infection,accounting for 0.00%,1 case of pain,accounting for 1.45%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.90%;There were 3 cases of reference group bleeding,accounting for 4.35%,2 cases of infection,accounting for 2.90%,3 cases of pain,accounting for 4.35%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 11.59%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.881,P=0.049).Conclusion Root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound technology is effective in dental and endodontic treatment,which can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications.It has high application value.
