摘要
目的探讨影响患者口腔义齿修复的认知相关因素研究。方法选取2017年8月—2019年4月该院收治的接受口腔义齿修复治疗的60例患者,对入组患者关于口腔义齿修复认知情况进行分析。结果患者对于活动义齿材料了解最低,口腔健康致死了解最高,患者主要担心的问题为恢复效果不佳的占比80.0%,收入水平以及文化程度会影响患者口腔义齿修复认知。结论在为患者进行口腔义齿修复健康宣教时应当将重点放于义齿材料、进行义齿修复时注意事项以及修复后义齿保养、清洗方面。
Objective To study the cognitive factors that affect patients'dental denture restoration.Methods A total of 60 patients who received dental prosthesis treatment in the hospital from August 2017 to April 2019 were selected to analyze the cognition of the enrolled patients about dental prosthesis.Results Patients had the lowest knowledge of removable denture materials,and the highest knowledge of oral health deaths.The main concern of patients was poor recovery effect,accounting for 80.0%.Income level and education level will affect patients'perception of oral denture restoration.Conclusion The emphasis should be placed on denture materials,precautions when performing denture restoration,and maintenance and cleaning of dentures after restoration.
