探究消化内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的临床效果

Explore the Clinical Effect of Digestive Endoscopy in the Treatment of Non-varices Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的研究及分析消化内镜治疗非静脉曲张性消化道出血的应用效果。方法回顾2018年1月—2019年1月期间来该院接诊治疗的102例非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者为调查对象,依据该次治疗方式分为参照组(常规治疗)、研究组(消化内镜治疗),各51例,统计两组患者治疗后临床各个指标情况、并发症发生率以及输血率、成功率及再出血率情况,并作出评价和总结。结果研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、出血停止时间、输血量及住院时间均较参照组更少,差异有统计学意义(t=22.133、5.327、19.449、21.699,P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率为2(3.92%),明显低于参照组并发症总发生率的9(17.65%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.993,P<0.05);研究组输血率、成功率、再出血率分别为2(3.92%)、49(96.08%)、1(1.96%),较参照组输血率、成功率、再出血率10(20.83%)、39(76.47%)、8(16.67%)较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.044、8.279、5.971,P<0.05)。结论消化内镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的应用效果显著。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of non-varices gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 102 patients with non-varicose upper gastrointestinal bleeding who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2018 to January 2019 were the subjects of investigation.They were divided into the reference group(conventional treatment)and study group(digestive endoscopy treatment)according to this treatment method,each group had 51 cases,statistics of the clinical indicators,complication rate,blood transfusion rate,success rate and rebleeding rate of the two groups of patients after treatment,and make an evaluation and summary.Results The study group's bowel sound recovery time,bleeding stop time,blood transfusion volume and hospital stay were shorter than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.133,5.327,19.449,21.699,P<0.05);the study group of the total complication incidence was 2(3.92%),which was significantly lower than the 9(17.65%)of the total incidence of complications in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=P<0.05);the bleeding rate of the study group,the success rate and rebleeding rate were 2(3.92%),49(96.08%),and 1(1.86)%,respectively.Compared with the reference group,the bleeding rate,success rate,and rebleeding rate were 10(20.83)%,39(76.47%),8(16.67%)was low,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.044,8.279,5.971,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of digestive endoscopy in the treatment of non-varices upper gastrointestinal bleeding is significant.
