腹腔镜直肠癌手术与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗老年直肠癌患者的疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of the Curative effect of Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Surgery and Open Radical Rectal Cancer Surgery in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Rectal Cancer

目的对照分析腹腔镜直肠癌手术与开腹直肠癌根治术医治老年直肠癌患者的疗效。方法选取于2017年1月—2019年10月在该院进行医治的老年直肠癌患者120例作为研究对象,将120例患者进行按顺序编码1~120号,由计算机随机系统均分为两组,观察两组医治成效。结果实验组手术时间为(125.84±19.89)min,住院时间为(10.51±3.97)d,术中出血量为(168.47±55.43)mL,术后通气时间为(2.63±1.23)d。对照组手术时间为(161.27±18.26)min,住院时间为(15.25±3.46)d,术中出血量为(367.47±77.45)mL,术后通气时间为(4.84±2.31)d。实验组的各项手术指标显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.562、9.643、11.657、10.237,P<0.05);在并发症发生率方面,实验组3.33%显著低于对照组15.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.927,P=0.048)。结论腹腔镜直肠癌手术安全性较高,是医治直肠癌的理想方法。对老年直肠癌患者拥有良好的医治成效,能够促进康复,减少并发症的发生,拥有十分重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To compare and analyze the curative effect of laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery and open radical rectal cancer treatment in elderly patients with rectal cancer.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with rectal cancer who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 120 patients were sequentially coded with numbers 1-120,which were divided into two groups with the same number of people by random numbers by a computer system,to observe the effectiveness of treatment in the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the operation time was(125.84±19.89)min,the hospital stay was(10.51±3.97)d,the intraoperative blood loss was(168.47±55.43)mL,and the postoperative ventilation time was(2.63±1.23)d.In the control group,the operation time was(161.27±18.26)minutes,the hospital stay was(15.25±3.46)days,the intraoperative blood loss was(367.47±77.45)mL,and the postoperative ventilation time was(4.84±2.31)d.The surgical indicators of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.562,9.643,11.657,10.237,P<0.05);in terms of complication rate,3.33%of the experimental group was significantly lower than 15.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.927,P=0.098).Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal cancer is safe,which is an ideal method for the treatment of rectal cancer.It has a good treatment effect for elderly patients with rectal cancer,can promote recovery,reduce the occurrence of complications,and has very important clinical application value.
