匹维溴铵联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Pinaverium Bromide Combined with Compound Digestive Enzymes in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

目的探讨匹维溴铵联合复方消化酶治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法2018年1月—2019年6月选择山东良庄矿业有限公司医院64例功能性消化不良患者,随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组采用匹维溴铵联合复方消化酶治疗,对照组采用匹维溴铵治疗,4周后比较两组患者临床症状评分变化、临床疗效。结果治疗前两组患者腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、早饱等临床症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、早饱临床症状评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组腹胀、腹痛、嗳气、早饱临床症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组临床有效率为96.8%,观察组临床有效率为78.1%,观察组临床有效率高于对照组(χ^2=3.949,P<0.05)。结论匹维溴铵联合复方消化酶能够有效改善功能性消化不良的临床症状,提高临床疗效,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pinaverium bromide combined with compound digestive enzymes in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,64 patients with functional dyspepsia from Shandong Liangzhuang Mining Co.,Ltd.Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with pinaverium bromide combined with compound digestive enzymes,and the control group with pinaverium bromide treatment,the changes in clinical symptom scores,clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching,and early satiety in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching,and early satiety were reduced in both groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical symptoms scores of abdominal distension,abdominal pain,belching,and early satiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the control group was 96.8%,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was 78.1%,and the clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.949,P<0.05).Conclusion Pinaverium bromide combined with compound digestive enzymes can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia,improve the clinical efficacy,and have a good clinical effect.
