基于HPLC和层次分析法评价不同品种山楂综合品质 被引量:1

Study on Comparing the Contents of Four Active Components in Different Cralaegus Pinnatifida Varieties by High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Analytical Hierarchy Process

摘要 目的本研究通过对比不同品种山楂的综合品质,评价了适合不同药用功能的山楂品种,以期为山楂药材资源的合理使用提供理论指导。方法本实验以金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、绿原酸和枸橼酸4种主要化学成分为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱检测方法,对不同品种山楂含量进行了对比分析,结合层次分析法对山楂2种主要药用用途进行了综合评分。结果(1)化学成分方面,大金星、棉花球、歪把红和硬山楂的含量较高;(2)以消食化滞为评价导向时,产自山西绛县的大金星品质最佳,综合评分为0.9409,后面依次为硬山楂>歪把红>山里红>棉花球>小金星>大五楞>野山楂;以强心降脂为评价导向时,品质最优的山楂品种是棉花球,综合评分为0.9435,后面依次为大金星>硬山楂>歪把红>野山楂>小金星>大五楞>山里红。结论应依据临床用药需求合理选取不同品种的山楂药材。 Objective In order to provide theoretical guidance for the rational use of Hawthorn medicinal resources,Cralaegus pinnatifida varieties suitable for different medicinal functions were screened by evaluating the comprehensive quality.Methods In this study,hyperoside,isoquercitrin,chlorogenic acid and citric acid were used as evaluation indexes.The quality of different Cralaegus pinnatifida varieties was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results From the point of the content of main chemical constituents,we found that the contents of Dajinxing,Mianhuaqiu,Waibahong and Yingshanzha were higher;If the quality guided by the hypodigestion,Yingshanzha was the best(the comprehensive score 0.9409),and the latter was Waibahong>Dajinxing>Xiaojinxing>Dawuleng>Yeshanzha in turn.For evaluation orientation,Mianhuaqiu was the best(the comprehensive score 0.9435),followed by Yingshanzha>Waibahong>Yeshanzha>Xiaojinxing>Dajinxing>Dawuleng>Shanlihong.Conclusion Cralaegus pinnatifida medicinal materials should be selected reasonably according to the clinical demand for medication and different varieties.
