剖析针灸治疗月经过少研究进展

Analysis of the Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Hypomenorrhea

月经过少的病因复杂,常夹杂于诸多妇科病中,尤见于40岁左右的女性,已严重影响其生理及心理健康。近年研究表明针灸对月经过少具有良性调节作用,在中医整体观念的指导下,依据脏腑及经络辨证,通过调理冲任、协调脏腑、平和气血等方法进行治疗,逐渐受到重视。该文对近10年来针灸治疗月经过少的作用机制及针刺、穴位埋线、穴位注射、穴位电刺激、灸法、耳穴贴压法治疗本病的临床研究进行总结和分析,以期为临床治疗月经过少提供更多的思路和方法。

The etiology of hypomenorrhea is complex,often mixed with many gynecological diseases,especially in women around 40 years old,which has seriously affected their physical and mental health.In recent years,studies have shown that acupuncture has a positive regulatory effect on hypomenorrhea.Under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the syndrome differentiation of viscera and meridians,it has been paid more and more attention to by regulating Chong and Ren channels,coordinating viscera,calming Qi and blood,etc.This paper summarizes and analyzes the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of hypomenorrhea in the past 10 years,and the clinical research of acupuncture,acupoint embedding,acupoint injection,acupoint electric stimulation,moxibustion,auricular point sticking and pressing in the treatment of this disease,in order to provide more ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of menorrhagia.
