基于络病理论补肺通络法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床疗效评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of the Method of Invigorating the Lung and Unblocking the Collaterals Based on the Theory of Collaterals on the Stable Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的评价以络病理论为基础,以补肺通络法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)的临床疗效及安全性。方法通过对各大数据库进行检索,纳入以络病理论为基础,具有补肺通络作用的中药复方为干预措施治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的随机对照试验,研究人员筛选文献提取数据,采用Review Manager 5.3软件对临床有效性结局指标进行系统评价。结果最终纳入研究10项,受试者共663例,试验组333例,对照组330例。Meta分析结果显示,试验组总有效率、症状积分、肺功能、6 min步行试验、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试(CAT)评分等指标的改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论研究表明以络病理论为基础,应用具有补肺通络作用的中药复方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(稳定期)的临床疗效优于单纯西药常规治疗,但仍需更多大样本、多中心、高质量随机对照试验研究加以验证。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of invigorating lung and unblocking collaterals in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Through the retrieval of major databases,the randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included based on the theory of collaterals and the intervention measures of traditional Chinese medicine compound with the effect of invigorating the lung and unblocking collaterals.The researchers screened the literature and extracted the data.The Review Manager 5.3 software was used to systematically evaluate the clinical effectiveness outcome indicators.Results 10 studies were included.There were 663 subjects,333 in the experimental group and 330 in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that the improvement of total effective rate,main symptom score,lung function,6-minute walking test,CAT score and other indicators in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Based on the collateral disease theory,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound with the function of invigorating lung and clearing collaterals in the treatment of COPD is better than that of conventional Western medicine alone,but more large-sample,multi-center and high-quality RCTs studies are still needed to verify.
