Research Progress of Curcuma Active Ingredients and Nano Products in Wound

姜黄是常用的外用中药之一,其主要活性成分为多酚类物质姜黄素,具有抗菌、抗糖尿病、抗炎和抗氧化损伤等药理活性,生活中用于食用型染料,临床多为外用制剂。近年来研究中药姜黄治疗创面的具体机制已成为研究热点之一,文章对姜黄在常见创面中的应用基础和可能机制进行综述,以期为姜黄在创面的进一步开发使用奠定基础。

Curcuma longa is one of the commonly used external Chinese medicines.Its main active ingredient is polyphenol curcumin,which has antibacterial,antidiabetic,anti-inflammatory and antioxidation activities.It is used in food dyes in daily life,and most of them are external preparations in clinic.In recent years,the research on the specific mechanism of Curcuma in treating wound has become one of the research hotspots.This paper reviews the application foundation and possible mechanism of Curcuma in common wound,in order to lay a foundation for the further development and use of Curcuma in wound.
