消风散出自多个版本,但以明代陈时功的《外科正宗》版本应用最广。消风散是治疗风疹湿疹的代表方剂,为后世医家广泛传用。通过分析研究樊旭教授运用消风散随证化裁治疗湿热型浸淫疮,对消风散的应用范围进行了拓展,总结出樊旭教授治疗浸淫疮的辨证思路和用药方法,并且为中医治疗浸淫疮取得良好疗效提供了依据。对中医临床工作者和研究者具有一定的参考价值。

There are many versions of Xiaofeng Powder,but the most widely used is CHEN Shigong’s version of Orthodox Manual of External Diseases in Ming dynasty.Xiaofeng Powder is a representative prescription for the treatment of rubella and eczema.It is widely used by later doctors.By analyzing and studying professor FAN Xu’s application of Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of dampness,the application scope of xiaofeng powder was expanded,and the dialectical thought and medication method of professor FAN Xu in the treatment of eczema were summarized,which provided a basis for the good curative effect of TCM in the treatment of eczema.It had a certain reference value for Chinese medicine clinical workers and researchers.
