巨刺法配合眼针疗法治疗中风后偏瘫患者肌痉疗效评价研究

Clinical Study of Effect of the Opposing Needling Method Combined with Eye Acupuncture on Stroke Patients with Mobile Spasm

目的观察巨刺法配合眼针疗法治疗中风后偏瘫患者肌痉挛神经功能、运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法180例中风恢复期偏瘫患者依据随机数字表法分为试验组、对照1组和对照2组,每组60例。在常规治疗的基础上,试验组采用巨刺法配合眼针疗法治疗,对照1组为单纯眼针疗法治疗,对照2组为单纯巨刺法治疗。3组患者均治疗3个疗程。治疗前后比较3组患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分(Neurological Deficit scores,NDS)、日常生活活动能力评定(Activity of Daily Living,ADL)评分、简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)评分、改良的Ashworth痉挛量表(modified Ashworth scale,MAS)评分及总有效率。结果试验组与对照1组、对照2组患者治疗前后比较,试验组各项评分改变更为显著,且组内及组间比较NDS评分、ADL评分、FMA评分、MAS评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率达91.67%,与对照1组、对照2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巨刺法配合眼针疗法治疗中风后偏瘫患者肌痉挛对神经功能改善、运动功能恢复及生活质量提高优于单纯巨刺法治疗和单纯眼针治疗。

Objective To observe the effect of opposing needling method combined with eye acupuncture therapy for stroke patients with mobile spasm on myodynamia,motor function and quality of life.Methods 180 patients of stroke patients with mobile spasm in convalescent stage were randomly divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,60 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated by the opposing needling method combined with eye acupuncture.The control group 1 treated by the eye acupuncture,and the control group 2 was treated by the opposing needling method.The three groups were treated for 3 times of therapy.To compare the NDS scores,ADL scores,FMA scores,MAS scores and the clinical efficacy of three groups patients.Results After the treatment,the treatment group was more significantly than two control groups,and the NDS scores,ADL scores,FMA scores,MAS scores of three groups patients were improved(P<0.05);The total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 91.67%,and the treatment group was significantly better than two control groups,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of opposing needling method combined with eye acupuncture therapy is superior to simple opposing needling method group or eye acupuncture group on the myodynamia,motor function and quality of life for mobile spasm patients in post-stroke convalescence stage.
