基于中医传承辅助系统分析骨质疏松组方用药规律

Analysis of Medication rule of Osteoporosis Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform

目的借助于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,详细分析近6年收录在中国知网(CNKI)上关于治疗骨质疏松的文献,探索中药治疗骨质疏松的组方原则及用药规律。方法从中国知网数据库(CNKI)中筛选出有关中医药治疗骨质疏松的文献,把符合标准的方剂录入中医传承辅助平台中的治疗骨质疏松数据库中,同时采用软件集成的数据分析方法进行数据挖掘,对所筛选出合格的方剂进行组方用药规律分析。结果筛选出骨质疏松的方剂72首,其中涉及中药124味;确定处方中药出现的频次、常用药对及组合,并演化得到新处方10张。结论中国知网(CNKI)中收录中医药治疗骨质疏松的药物以具有补肝益肾、强筋壮骨、补脾益气、活血补血为主,为临床治疗骨质疏松提供参考依据,使中医药得到更广泛的应用。

Objective Based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Auxiliary platform,to analyze the prescription rule and medication rule of Chinese knowledge network(CNKI),in the treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis in the(CNKI)literature database of China knowledge network were screened,and the prescriptions were entered into the TCM inheritance assistant platform to establish the prescription database.The data mining method integrated by software was used to analyze the prescription rules of the selected prescriptions.Results 72 prescriptions for osteoporosis were screened,including 124 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency,common drug pairs and combinations of traditional Chinese medicine were determined,and 10 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion the drugs of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis included in(CNKI)of China knowledge network are mainly for tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening muscles and strengthening bones,tonifying spleen and Qi,activating blood circulation and tonifying blood,which provides a reference basis for clinical treatment of osteoporosis and makes traditional Chinese medicine more widely used.With the help of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform software,the author preliminarily analyzed the prescription rules of the related literature on the treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine(OP),in order to provide better guidance for clinical drug use,so as to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis(OP).
