基于“治未病”思想探讨腹泻型肠易激综合征防治

肠易激综合征(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是临床常见的消化系统疾病,其临床亚型以腹泻型最为常见。腹泻型肠易激综合征的发病率较高,且存在停药后易复发等问题,近年来该病的诊疗思路强调防治结合、预防为先,中医药防治该病的特色及优势日益显现。"治未病"思想是中医学精粹,囊括未病先防、既病防变、愈后防复三方面原则,对防治该病有着重要的指导意义。基于中医"治未病"思想,结合正邪、天人合一、四时、形神合一等学说,运用特色的健康养生调摄方法,采用中医内治、外治及中西医结合等治疗手段,将危险因素及体质学说作为指导愈后防复的理论基础,实现腹泻型肠易激综合征的精准预防及有效干预。
