影响临床免疫检验质量相关因素的研究

Research on Related Factors Affecting the Quality of Clinical Immunoassay

目的分析影响临床免疫检验质量相关因素,为提升临床检验质量提供依据。方法将2018年1月—2019年10月于该院实施临床免疫检验的90例患者视为研究对象,将其随机划入参照组和实验组(n=45)。参照组执行常规临床免疫检验,实验组应用质量控制免疫检验,对比两组患者的临床诊断确诊率,分析临床免疫检验质量的影响因素。结果实验组患者的诊断确诊率是97.78%,参照组患者的诊断确诊率是82.22%,实验组确诊率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。影响临床免疫检验质量的相关因素,主要包含检验环境的温度、湿度及平衡时间等方面,需要加强临床研究与预防性控制。结论检验环境与操作方法等,均会直接影响临床免疫检验的质量,提高患者的诊断准确率,需要提升临床研究的重视程度。

Objective To analyze related factors affecting the quality of clinical immunoassays,and provide a basis for improving the quality of clinical testing.Methods From January 2018 to October 2019,90 patients who underwent clinical immunoassays in the hospital were regarded as research objects,and they were randomly assigned to the reference group and the experimental group(n=45).The reference group performed routine clinical immunoassays,and the experimental group applied quality control immunoassays to compare the clinical diagnosis rate of the two groups of patients and analyze the factors affecting the quality of clinical immunoassays.Results The diagnosis rate of the experimental group was 97.78%,the diagnosis rate of the reference group was 82.22%,and the experimental group had a higher diagnosis rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The related factors that affect the quality of clinical immunoassays mainly include the temperature,humidity,and equilibrium time of the testing environment.It is necessary to strengthen clinical research and preventive control.Conclusion The testing environment and operating methods will directly affect the quality of clinical immunoassays and improve the diagnostic accuracy of patients.It is necessary to increase the importance of clinical research.
