系统化护理管理对骨折愈合和关节功能恢复的影响

The Effect of Systematic Nursing Management on Fracture Healing and Joint Function Recovery

目的探讨对骨折患者实施系统化护理管理的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年2月100例骨折患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,即观察组与对照组,每组50例,对照组予以骨科常规护理管理,观察组予以系统化护理管理,观察两组骨折愈合、关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组骨折愈合总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组78.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时两组患者Harris评分与Lysholm评分均较入院时提高,观察组评分提高幅度比对照组更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对护理工作的满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对骨折患者,实施系统化护理管理,可促进患者骨折愈合及关节功能恢复,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of systematic nursing management for fracture patients.Methods From January 2018 to February 2019,100 patients with fractures were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,namely the observation group and the control group,each with 50 cases.The control group received orthopedic routine nursing management,and the observation group received systematic nursing management recovery of joint function.Results The total effective rate of fracture healing in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of 78.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Harris score and Lysholm score of the two groups of patients at discharge were higher than those at admission,while the score of the observation group increased amplitude was more significant than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group's satisfaction with nursing work was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 82.00%satisfaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For fracture patients,the implementation of systematic nursing management can promote fracture healing and joint function recovery,improve patient satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
