15所基层医疗机构医疗废物管理现状及对策探讨

Discussion on Current Situation and Countermeasures of Medical Waste Management in 15 Primary Medical Institutions

目的了解青阳县基层医疗机构医疗废物管理现状,探讨相应对策。方法在2019年5月通过现场查看与询问的方法,对青阳县15所医疗废物管理基层医疗机构现状进行调查。结果15所基层医疗机构中,根据该院实际情况制定医疗废物管理相关制度并建立管理组织的仅2所(13.33%);定期开展培训、督查的有4所(26.67%);医疗废物分类收集正确且院内交接记录完整的9所(60.00%);医疗废物使用专用工具转运、暂存点有消毒设施且记录齐全的3所(20.00%);医疗废物交由有资质的医废处置中心集中处置的15所(100.00%);未被污染的输液瓶(袋)交给有资质的公司回收的12所(80.00%)。结论青阳县基层医疗机构医疗废物管理仍存在问题,应建立健全医疗废物管理责任制、完善相关制度,进一步规范医疗废物的管理。

Objective To understand the current status of medical waste management in primary medical institutions in Qingyang County,and to explore corresponding countermeasures.Methods The current situation of medical waste management in 15 primary medical institutions in Qingyang County was investigated in May 2019 by means of on-site inspection and inquiry.Results Among the 15 primary medical institutions,only 2(13.33%)had established medical waste management related systems and management organizations based on the actual situation of the hospital;4(26.67%)had conducted regular training and supervision;medical waste 9(60.00%)with correct classified collection and complete records of in-hospital handover;3(20.00%)with disinfection facilities and complete records in the temporary storage site using special tools for medical waste transfer;medical waste was handed over to qualified medical waste disposal 15 centers(100.00%)that were centrally disposed of in the center;12 centers(80.00%)where uncontaminated infusion bottles(bags)were handed over to qualified companies for recycling.Conclusion The current status of medical waste management in primary medical institutions in Qingyang County still has problem.A responsibility system for medical waste management should be established and improved,related systems should be improved,and medical waste management should be further regulated.
