研究加强ICU护理管理对ICU医院感染防控的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察加强ICU护理管理对ICU医院感染防控工作的影响。方法分析并探讨ICU医院感染的内外源性因素,根据分析结果实施具有针对性的护理管理措施对ICU护理管理进行加强,对比ICU护理管理加强前后的感染防控效果。选择2019年7—12月作为实验阶段,其中在10—12月中实施加强ICU护理管理措施,实施后对比未实施加强ICU护理管理的7~9月的医院感染情况。结果经研究结果显示,7—9月期间,医院感染率和感染例次率均为8%,10—12月医院的感染率和感染例次率均为1%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU中实施加强护理管理措施,能够有效降低ICU医院感染率,达到提高ICU医院感染防控效果的目的。 Objective To observe the impact of strengthening ICU nursing management on the prevention and control of ICU hospital infection.Methods Analyze and discuss the internal and external factors of ICU nosocomial infection,implement targeted nursing management measures to strengthen ICU nursing management based on the analysis results,and compare the infection prevention and control effects before and after ICU nursing management is strengthened.The period from July to December 2019 was selected as the experimental stage,in which the measures to strengthen ICU nursing management were implemented in the middle of October to December.After implementation,the nosocomial infection situation in July to September without strengthening ICU nursing management was compared.Results The results of the study showed that the hospital infection rate and infection rate were both 8%from July to September,and the hospital infection rate and infection rate from October to December were both 1%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing measures to strengthen nursing management in ICU can effectively reduce the rate of nosocomial infection in ICU and achieve the purpose of improving the prevention and control effect of nosocomial infection in ICU.
