导管维护护士在淋巴瘤患者静脉管理中的作用

The Role of Catheter Maintenance Nurses in the Venous Management of Lymphoma Patients

目的讨论导管维护护士在淋巴瘤患者静脉管理中的作用。方法选取该院2017年11月—2018年11月间收治的170例淋巴瘤患者,以随机法将其分为对照组(未实施导管维护护士)与研究组(实施导管维护护士)各85例。观察两组患者并发症发生率调查情况及护理满意度调查情况。结果研究组患者发生局部感染、血栓、静脉炎、导管相关血流感染、导管易位以及堵管并发症的例数低于对照组,且其并发症总发生率的3.53%明显低于对照组并发症总发生率的31.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对入院评估满意度的98.82%明显高于对照组的88.23%;对健康宣教满意度的97.65%明显高于对照组的82.35%;对置管后评估及再评估满意度的96.47%明显高于对照组的80.00%;对导管及时性维护满意度的98.82%明显高于对照组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施导管维护护士将有效降低淋巴瘤患者静脉管理中发生并发症的几率,提高其护理满意度。

Objective To discuss the role of catheter maintenance nurses in the venous management of lymphoma patients.Methods A selection of 170 lymphoma patients admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to November 2018 in 11 years were randomly divided into a control group(no catheter maintenance nurse)and a study group(catheter maintenance nurse)with 85 cases each.Observe the complication rate survey and nursing satisfaction survey of the two groups of patients.Results The number of cases of local infection,thrombosis,phlebitis,catheter-related bloodstream infection,catheter translocation,and occlusion complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was 3.53%significantly lower than the control group of the total incidence of complications in the group was 31.76%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the study group was 98.82%of the hospital admission evaluation was significantly higher than 88.23%of the control group;97.65%of the patients’satisfaction with health education was significantly higher than the control group’s 82.35%;the satisfaction rate of the post-intubation evaluation and re-evaluation was 96.47%significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group;98.82%of satisfaction with the timely maintenance of the catheter was significantly higher than 76.47%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of catheter maintenance nurses will effectively reduce the incidence of complications in the vein management of lymphoma patients and improve their nursing satisfaction.
