探讨强化护理风险管理在呼吸内科护理中的价值

Discuss the Value of Strengthening Nursing Risk Management in Respiratory Medicine Nursing

目的分析呼吸内科护理中强化护理风险管理的效果。方法于该院2018年1月—2019年6月护理人员中选取100名,根据护理风险管理方式不同分为研究组和对照组,每组50名,对照组实施常规护理风险管理,研究组采用强化护理风险管理,比较两组护理人员满意度及护理风险事件发生率。结果研究组基础护理质量评分(94.25±4.26)分,病房管理质量评分(93.18±3.95)分,危重症患者护理质量评分(91.43±4.05)分,与对照组各项评分比较均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员对呼吸内科管理模式的满意度为98.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员工作中,技术风险事件与意外风险事件发生率均为2.0%,总发生率为4.0%,对照组中技术风险、意外风险以及责任风险事件发生率分别为4.0%、6.0%和8.0%,总护理风险事件发生率为18.0%,与研究组发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在呼吸内科护理中应用强化护理风险管理,能够有效提升护理人员满意度,减少护理差错发生,降低护理风险事件发生风险,改善临床护理质量,提升呼吸内科护理管理效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing.Methods 100 nurses were selected in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019,and were divided into study group and control group according to different nursing risk management methods,each with 50 people.The control group implemented routine nursing risk management,research group adopted enhanced nursing risk management,and compares the satisfaction of nursing staff and the incidence of nursing risk events between the two groups.Results The basic nursing quality score of the study group was(94.25±4.26)points,the ward management quality score was(93.18±3.95)points,and the critically ill patient care quality score was(91.43±4.05)points.The scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the study group to the management mode of respiratory medicine was 98.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the work of nursing staff in the research group,the incidence of technical risk events and accidental risk events were both 2.0%,and the total incidence was 4.0%.In the control group,the incidence of technical risk,accidental risk,and liability risk events were 4.0%,6.0%,and 8.0%,the total nursing risk event rate was 18.0%,which was statistically significantly different from the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of enhanced nursing risk management in respiratory medicine nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing staff,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,reduce the risk of nursing risk events,improve the quality of clinical care,and enhance the effectiveness of respiratory medicine nursing management.
