摘要
目的以护理实习生为例,观察分析案例教学方法和循证护理的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年2月—2019年8月康复科接收的护理实习生64名为对象,以整群随机化方式分设组别。对照组实习生采取传统教学法,研究组实习生采取案例教学法和循证护理。观察两者的考试成绩,实习生批判性思维能力。结果对照组实习生考试成绩评分明显低于研究组;对照组实习生批判性思维能力评分明显低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在康复护理临床带教中联合应用案例教学方法和循证护理,能取得较好的带教效果,提升实习生考试成绩,而且还能使实习生批判性思维能力提高。
Objective Take nursing interns as an example to observe and analyze the application effects of case teaching methods and evidence-based nursing.Methods Select 64 nursing interns accepted by the rehabilitation department of the hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 as objects,and divide them into groups by randomization.The interns in the control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the interns in the research group adopted case-based teaching methods and evidence-based nursing.Observe the test scores of the two,the critical thinking ability of the interns.Results The test scores of the interns in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group;the critical thinking ability scores of the interns in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The combined application of case-based teaching methods and evidence-based nursing in rehabilitation nursing clinical teaching can achieve better teaching results,improve the test scores of interns,and improve the critical thinking ability of interns.
