摘要
目的研究在普外科护理带教中实施PBL教学法与微课联合带教的效果。方法研究对象选择该院普外科接收的护理实习生84名,抽签方法进行分组分析,42名开展PBL教学法与微课联合带教的护理实习生纳入实验组,42名开展传统带教方法的护理实习生纳入对照组,对2种带教方法的开展效果进行比对和评价。结果与对照组护理实习生相比对,实验组护理实习生考核成绩(护理操作、理论知识、处理护理事件能力)、对带教教师的满意度均获得提升明显的效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科护理带教中实施PBL教学法与微课联合带教可达到满意的带教效果。
Objective To study the effect of PBL teaching method combined with micro-class teaching in general surgical nursing teaching.Methods The study subjects selected 84 nursing interns accepted by the hospital in general surgery,and the lottery method was used for group analysis.42 nursing interns who carried out PBL teaching method and micro-class combined teaching were included in the experimental group,and 42 carried out traditional teaching method of nursing trainees from was included in the control group,and the effects of the two teaching methods were compared and evaluated.Results Compared with the control group of nursing interns,the test scores(nursing operations,theoretical knowledge,and ability to handle nursing events)and satisfaction with the teachers in the experimental group were significantly improved.The two groups were compared.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL teaching method and micro-class combined teaching in general surgery nursing teaching can achieve satisfactory teaching results.
