“和”在中医临床护理带教中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨“和”在中医临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取该院2015年4月—2019年4月期间实习的24名护生参与此次实验,采取随机数字方法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组12名,对照组护生采用传统带教方法,观察组护生则采用“和”带教方法,实习结束之后,分析两组护生的考核成绩、教学模式满意情况。结果观察组学生总评分数为(93.75±2.73)分,对照组学生总评分数为(85.73±2.56)分,明显低于观察组学生总评分数,同时观察组护生的理论考试、技能考试、综合能力成绩明显高于对照组护生各项考试成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学模式的满意度为91.67%,对照组护生教学模式的满意度则为66.67%,对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护生对于此种带教方法认可率较高,大部分学生认为此种带教方法能够培养自学能力、提高团队协作能力、增强学习兴趣、提高问题分析与解决能力。结论在中医临床护理带教的过程中,采用“和”教学方法,能够有效提高学生学生专业技能水平,进一步保障学生护理能力的提高,促进护理效果与质量的提升。 Objective To explore the effect of"harmony"in clinical nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods In this article,24 nursing students who were intern in the hospital from April 2015 to April 2019 were selected to participate in this experiment,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group by a random number method.Each group of nursing students was 12,the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the"harmony"method.After the practice,the assessment results and the satisfaction of the teaching mode of the two groups of nursing students are analyzed.Results The total score of students in the observation group was(93.75±2.73)points,and the total score of students in the control group was(85.73±2.56)points,which was significantly lower than the total score of students in the observation group.At the same time,the observation group's nursing students'theoretical examination,skill test,and comprehensive ability scores The test scores of the nursing students in the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the nursing students in the observation group with the teaching mode was 91.67%,and the satisfaction degree of the nursing students in the control group with the teaching mode was 66.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the recognition rate of the observation group of nursing students for this teaching method was higher.Most students believed that this teaching method can cultivate self-learning ability,improve teamwork ability,enhance learning interest,improve problem analysis and problem-solving skills.Conclusion In the process of teaching clinical nursing of traditional Chinese medicine,the use of"harmony"teaching method can effectively improve students'professional skills,further guarantee the improvement of students'nursing ability,and promote the improvement of nursing effect and quality.
