摘要
基于有限元理论,编制了快堆单根组件结构动力学计算软件,对在空气中单根燃料组件的动力学性能进行分析计算。计算的3种工况包括:单根燃料组件的自由振动分析、燃料组件与刚性壁面碰撞的动态响应分析及燃料组件在简谐激励作用下的动态响应分析。结果表明:所编制的计算软件的自由振动分析的结果与现有软件(ANSYS,FINAS)计算结果吻合较好;组件最大的碰撞力出现在首次碰撞时,凸台及管脚处的最大碰撞力随等效刚度的增大而增大;组件的位移和碰撞力响应呈现非对称性的周期性变化,激励幅值的增加会导致管脚处最大碰撞力及凸台处的平均碰撞力的增大。
Based on the theory of finite element,a software for structural dynamics of a single fuel assembly of fast reactor is developed,which calculated and analyzed the dynamic performance of a single fuel assembly in air.There are three operating conditions of calculation in this paper:free vibration analysis of a single fuel assembly,dynamic response analysis of collision between fuel assembly and rigid wall and dynamic response analysis of fuel assembly under harmonic excitation.Results show:the free vibration analysis by the developed calculation software shows good agreement with the existing software(ANSYS,FINAS);the maximum impact force of the assembly occurs in the first-time impact,the maximum impact force of the upper pad and receptacle tube increase with the increase of the equivalent stiffness;the displacement and impact force responses of the assembly show an asymmetric periodic change,the increase of the excitation amplitude will lead to the increase of the maximum impact force of the receptacle tube and the average impact force of the upper pad.
