“五心”工作法在内科护理管理中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的分析评价“五心”工作法在内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法将该院2018年2月-2019年1月该院内科在职的24名护士作为研究对象,在内科护理管理工作中针对护士均实施“五心”工作法,选取实施前后接受护理干预的100例内科患者,对护士护理管理服务满意程度进行评价。结果①实施“五心”工作法后,护士的护理接待态度、诊疗技巧、护理规划能力、护理耐心程度、沟通技巧五项护理管理能力指标评分均明显高于实施前,实施前后数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②100例内科患者对护士护理管理服务满意程度方面,满意82例、基本满意16例、不满意2例,总满意度为98.00%。③在内科护理纠纷事件发生率方面,100例患者中,实施“五心”工作法前为16.00%,实施后仅为1.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内科护理管理服务工作当中,“五心”工作法的应用,可提高护士的护理管理能力技巧水平,并提高内科患者对护士护理管理服务工作的满意程度。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of"five hearts"working method in internal nursing management.Methods From February 2018 to January 2019,24 nurses in the internal medicine department of the hospital were the main subjects of the study.The"five-heart"work method was implemented for nurses in internal medicine nursing management,and 100 internal medicine patients who received nursing intervention before and affer implemertation were further selected.As the research object,evaluate the satisfaction degree of nurses'nursing management services.Results 1.After the implementation of the"Five Hearts"work method,the nurses'nursing reception attitude,diagnosis and treatment skills,nursing planning ability,nursing patience,and communication skills were significantly higher than the scores before and after the implementation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of the degree of satisfaction of the 100 internal medicine patients with the nursing management services of the nurses,82 were satisfied,16 were basically satisfied,and 2 were dissatisfied.The total satisfaction was 98.00%.3.In terms of the incidence of medical nursing disputes,among 100 patients,the rate was 16.00%before the implementation of the"five-heart"work method,and only 1.00%after the implementation.There were statistically significant differences in the data before and after(P<0.05).Conclusion In internal nursing management service work,the application of"five hearts"work method can improve nurses'nursing management skills and skills,and improve internal medicine patients'satisfaction with nurses'nursing management services.
