膝骨关节炎患者日常护理管理中实施优质护理服务的效果

Effect of Implementing High-quality Nursing Service in Daily Nursing Management of Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨在膝骨关节炎的日常护理管理中实施优质护理服务的效果。方法将2017年3月-2019年1月该院收治的114例膝骨关节炎患者随机分成实验组与对照组,每组57例,对照组在日常护理管理中实施常规护理服务,实验组则实施优质护理服务,观察两组护理效果。结果护理后试验组VAS评分均较护理前降低,HSS评分较护理前提高,实验组评分改善幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05);实验组护理总满意率为96.49%,明显高于对照组84.21%的总满意率(P<0.05);随访3个月实验组在生理功能、心理功能、精神健康与社会功能各方面评分上均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在膝骨关节炎的日常护理管理中,实施优质护理服务可促进患者康复,提高患者满意率与生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing high-quality nursing services in daily nursing management of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 114 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients admitted to this hospital from March 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each with 57 cases.The control group implemented routine nursing services in daily nursing management.The experimental group implemented high-quality nursing services and observed the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After nursing,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that before nursing,and the HSS score was higher than that before nursing.The score of the experimental group improved significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05);the overall nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96.49%,which was significantly higher than the overall satisfaction rate of the control group was 84.21%(P<0.05);the scores of the physical function,mental function,mental health and social function of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the daily nursing management of knee osteoarthritis,the implementation of high-quality nursing services can promote the recovery of patients and improve the satisfaction rate and quality of life of patients.
