医院感染管理中环节控制与细节管理联合应用的效果分析

Preliminary Study on the Effect of Joint Application of Link Control and Detail Management in Hospital Infection Management

目的评价医院感染管理中实施环节控制与细节管理联合应用的效果。方法对该院2018年10月-2019年11月收治的住院手术患者中选择200例患者作为研究对象,奇偶数法随机分为两组,每组100例。试验组采用环节控制与细节管理联合管理,对照组采用常规管理。观察与比较两组感染发生率、抗菌药物使用率、平均住院时间与住院费用、护理满意度。结果试验组感染发生率与抗菌药物使用率更低,平均住院时间更短、住院费用更低,患者护理管理后护理满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院手术患者实施环节控制联合细节管理可以降低患者院内感染发生率,可以缩短患者住院时间、降低住院费用,提高患者对护理管理的满意度,减少医院抗菌药物使用,能够获得更好的医院感染管理效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of joint application of implementation link control and detailed management in hospital infection management.Methods The inpatient surgical patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were screened.200 patients were selected as the research objects.The odd and even number method was randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted the joint management of link control and detail management,and the control group adopted conventional management.Observe and compare the incidence of infection,the use rate of antibacterial drugs,the average length of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The incidence of infection and the use of antibiotics in the experimental group were lower,the average length of hospitalization was shorter,the cost of hospitalization was lower,and the satisfaction of patients after nursing management was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of link control and detailed management for hospitalized surgical patients can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,shorten the length of hospitalization,reduce hospitalization costs,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing management,reduce the use of antibacterial drugs in hospitals,and obtain better hospitals'effectiveness of infection management.
