妇产科护理管理中采取安全文化理念的价值分析

Value Analysis of Safety Culture Concept in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨安全文化理念在妇产科护理管理中应用价值。方法采用随机法将2017年6月-2018年12月期间在该院妇产科任职的医务人员40名进行分组,每组20名,对照组采用常规护理管理,实验组在常规护理管理基础上采用安全文化理念,对比两组医务人员的考核分数,管理质量合格率、管理有效率、工作质量。结果实验组医务人员考核分数显著高于对照组医务人员分数(P<0.05)。实验组医务人员管理质量合格率以及管理有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组医务人员逻辑思维、临床技能操作水平、应急预判能力、突发事件处理评分比对照组医务人员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科护理管理中应用安全评分显著文化理念可以有效提高护理质量,减少护理差错率,进而可以管理质量合格率,值得临床使用。

Objective To explore the application value of safety culture concept in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A random method was used to divide 40 medical staff who worked in the obstetrics and gynecology department of the hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 into two groups,each group of 20 people,the control group was under conventional nursing management,and the experimental group was under conventional nursing management based on the concept of safety culture,the assessment scores of the two groups of medical staff were compared,and the management quality qualification rate,management efficiency,and work quality were compared.Results The scores of medical staff in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)The qualification rate and effective rate of management of medical staff in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of medical staff in the experimental group were higher in logical thinking,clinical skill operation level,emergency prediction ability,and emergency handling than the medical staff in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a significant cultural concept of safety scores in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively improve the quality of care,reduce the rate of nursing errors,and then manage the quality qualification rate,which is worthy of clinical use.
