细节护理理念在健康管理中心护理服务中的价值分析

Value Analysis of Detailed Nursing Concept in Nursing Service of Health Management Center

目的细节护理理念在健康管理中心护理服务中的价值。方法随机选取2018年12月-2019年12月期间该院健康管理中心15名医护人员及30名体检者作为该次观察组,在此期间实施细节护理理念;并将其实施效果同2017年12月-2018年11月期间的健康管理中心医护人员15名及30名体检者(对照组)的常规护理管理质量进行对比。结果实施细节护理理念管理干预后的观察组护理质量、护士岗位责任意识、体检者护理依从性、护理不良事件发生率、对护理工作满意度及体检时间与实施前的对照组各指标对比均存在明显优势,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理理念管理干预在健康管理中心护理服务中的应用效果显著,能够有效提高医护人员的岗位责任意识及护理管理质量,增强体检者的护理依从性,从而提高工作效率。

Objective The value of detailed nursing concept in nursing service of health management center.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,15 medical staff and 30 medical examiners from the health management center of the hospital were randomly selected as the observation group.During this period,the detailed nursing concept was implemented;and the implementation effect was the same as from December 2017 to November 2018,the routine nursing management quality of 15 medical staff in the Health Management Center and 30 physical examination subjects(control group)were compared.Results After the implementation of the detailed nursing concept management intervention,the observation group's nursing quality,nurses’sense of responsibility,compliance of medical examiners,incidence of nursing adverse events,satisfaction with nursing work and physical examination time were compared with those of the control group before implementation.There are obvious advantages,and the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing concept management intervention in the nursing service of the health management center is effective,which can effectively improve the job responsibility awareness of medical staff and the quality of nursing management,enhance the compliance of medical examiners,and improve work efficiency.
