医学研究生心理压力感受的质性研究

The Qualitative Research on the Psychological Pressure of Medical Graduate

目的了解医学研究生心理压力感受状况,为医学教育者引导研究生应对压力、培养优秀医学生提供理论依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法抽取广西医科大学18名不同专业年级研究生进行半结构式访谈,根据Colaizzi7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析。结果经过比较与归纳突出表现为“自身科研能力与导师要求差距的压力”“与导师及同门人际关系压力”“情感婚姻压力”“经济压力”“就业与深造的压力”。结论医学研究生存在较大压力,医学研究生教育管理者应重视此类学生的压力感受,根据其压力来源,采取有效措施缓解其压力。

Objective To understand the psychological stress feeling of medical graduate students,and to provide a theoretical basis for medical educators to guide graduate students to cope with stress and cultivate excellent medical students.Methods Using phenomenological research methods in qualitative research,18 graduate students from Guangxi Medical University with different professional grades were selected for semi-structured interviews by purpose sampling method,and the original data were sorted and analyzed according to the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results After comparison and generalization,the outstanding performance is"the pressure of the gap between one's own scientific research ability and the requirements of the mentor""the pressure of interpersonal relationship with the mentor and fellow students""the pressure of emotional marriage""the pressure of economics"and"the pressure of employment and further study".Conclusion Medical graduate students are under great pressure.Medical graduate education administrators should pay attention to the pressure of such students,and take effective measures to relieve their pressure according to their pressure sources.
