随着社会经济、政治民生的快速深入发展,安全问题已经成为社会生产运行主要前提之一,关乎到千家万户的生命财产安全。该文提出健全安全生产工作体系,明确安全责任分工,巩固安全生产标准化,加大风险点事故数据统计分析,推进“双体系建设”,完善安全生产制度,细化隐患整改台账,加强安全生产督查,加强安全管理培训演练,提高安全监管效能,提升应急管理能力,落实扫黑除恶工作,构建“平安医院”等做法,在医院医疗服务过程中发挥了至关重要的作用,也使广大医务人员和患者得到了充分安全保障。

With the rapid and in-depth development of social economy,politics and people’s livelihood,safety issues have become one of the main prerequisites for social production and operation,which are related to the safety of lives and properties of thousands of households.This paper proposes a sound safety production work system,clarify the division of safety responsibilities,consolidate safety production standardization,increase statistical analysis of accident data at risk points,promote the"dual system construction",improve the safety production system,refine hidden danger rectification accounts,and strengthen safety production supervision,strengthen safety management training and drills,improve safety supervision efficiency,enhance emergency management capabilities,implement anti-crime and evil work,and build"safe hospitals".These practices have played a vital role in the process of hospital medical services and have also enabled the general medical service personnel and patients are fully secured.
