护理标识在手术室护理风险控制管理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect and Analysis of Nursing Label in Nursing Risk Control Management in Operating Room

目的分析在手术室的护理风险控制管理中应用护理标识的临床价值。方法于2018年1月-2019年11月选取该院84例手术患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组患者运用手术室常规护理,观察组在该基础上运用手术室护理标识。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组的手术室护理不良事件发生率为0.00%,对照组为14.29%(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度100.00%,对照组85.71%(P<0.05);观察组患者手术期间身份识别错误、手术准备不充分以及手术部位识别错误发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过运用护理标识可有效提升手术室的护理风险控制管理效果,并显著提升患者的护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying nursing labels in the nursing risk control management of operating rooms.Methods From January 2018 to November 2019,84 surgical patients from the hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group used the routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group used the operating room nursing logo on this basis.Compare the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The adverse event rate of nursing care in the operating room of the observation group was 0.00%,and that of the control group was 14.29%(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,and the control group was 85.71%(P<0.05);patients in the observation group were during surgery of incidence of identification errors,insufficient surgical preparations,and incorrect identification of surgical sites were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing labels can effectively improve the effect of nursing risk control and management in the operating room,and significantly improve patient care satisfaction.
