探讨在妇产科护理管理中应用柔性管理的方法和效果分析

Discuss the Method and Effect Analysis of Applying Flexible Management in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的分析柔性管理模式对妇产科护理管理中的实施效果。方法搜集于2018年1月-2019年1月前来该院妇产护理人员共30名作为研究组(柔性管理),随机另抽取30名作为参照组(常规管理),统计两组护理人员护理质量评分、护理差错率、护理投诉率及对科室管理满意度情况。结果研究组业务技能水平、风险管理制度、护士沟通机制、完善组织结构等护理质量各个评分分别高于参照组(t=17.102、21.721、32.770、24.932、17.813、22.017,P<0.05);研究组护理差错率与护理投诉率各为3.33%(1/30)、科室管理满意度为100.00%(30/30),均优于参照组护理差错率、护理投诉率及科室管理满意度的20.00%(6/30)、23.33%(7/30)、80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043、5.192、6.666,P<0.05)。结论采用柔性管理模式能够有效提高妇产科护理人员护理服务质量及管理满意度,可作为一种理想的护理管理办法。

Objective To analyze the implementation effect of flexible management model in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 30 cases of obstetrics and gynecology nurses who came to the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were collected as the research group(flexible management),another 30 cases were randomly selected as the reference group(routine management),and the two groups of nursing staff were counted of the nursing quality score,nursing error rate,nursing complaint rate and satisfaction with department management.Results The scores of nursing quality in the study group,such as professional skill level,risk management system,nurse communication mechanism,and perfect organizational structure,were higher than those in the reference group(t=17.102,21.721,32.770,24.932,17.813,22.017,P<0.05);The nursing error rate and nursing complaint rate of the study group were 3.33%(1/30),and the department management satisfaction rate was 100.00%(30/30),which were better than the reference group's nursing error rate,nursing complaint rate and department management satisfaction of 20.00%(6/30),23.33%(7/30),80.00%(24/30),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.043,5.192,6.666,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of flexible management mode can effectively improve the nursing service quality and management satisfaction of obstetrics and gynecology nurses,and it can be used as an ideal nursing management method.
