助产士主导分娩疼痛管理模式对分娩结局及疼痛控制满意度的影响

The Effect of Midwife-led Labor Pain Management Mode on Labor Outcome and Pain Control Satisfaction

目的探讨助产士主导分娩疼痛管理模式在对分娩结局和疼痛控制满意度的影响。方法回顾2018年1月-2019年1月间在该院护理人员及分娩产妇依据该次护理管理模式分为参照组、实验组,各组(n=48/11),统计两组护理人员分娩疼痛管理质量与产妇分娩结局及疼痛控制满意度情况。结果实验组分娩疼痛管理7个维度各评分情况明显优于参照组(t=28.867、24.635、37.587、30.119、32.299、29.293、17.721,P<0.05);实验组自然分娩率、剖宫产率、疼痛控制满意度分别为62.50%(30/48)、37.50%(18/48)、95.83%(46/48),显著优于参照组自然分娩率、剖宫产率、疼痛控制满意度的39.58%(19/48)、60.42%(29/48)、83.33%(40/48)(χ^2=5.043、5.043、4.018,P<0.05)。结论助产士主导分娩疼痛管理模式有助于提高产妇自然分娩及疼痛管理质量,可作为首选的管理办法。

Objective To explore the influence of midwife-led labor pain management model on labor outcome and pain control satisfaction.Methods Looking back at the nursing staff and delivery women in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 and dividing them into a reference group,an experimental group,and each group(n=48/11)according to this nursing management model.Two groups of nursing staff were counted the quality of labor pain management and maternal labor outcome and pain control satisfaction.Results The scores of the seven dimensions of labor pain management in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(t=28.867,24.635,37.587,30.119,32.299,29.293,17.721,P<0.05);the experimental group's natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,pain control satisfaction was 62.50%(30/48),37.50%(18/48),95.83%(46/48),significantly better than the reference group's natural delivery rate,cesarean section rate,pain control satisfaction of 39.58%(19/48),60.42%(29/48),83.33%(40/48)(χ^2=5.043,5.043,4.018,P<0.05).Conclusion The midwife-led management model of labor pain can help improve the quality of maternal natural labor and pain management,and can be used as the preferred management method.
