Analyze the Role of Humanized Management in Hospital Health Management

摘要 目的分析人性化管理模式在医院卫生管理中应用效果。方法选择该院于2018年10月-2019年10月收治外伤患者120例,随机分为两组,对照组(60例,采用常规管理方式)和试验组(60例,在常规管理基础上实施人性化管理),对两组患者的卫生管理满意度、卫生管理质量和不良事件发生情况进行分析。结果试验组患者的卫生管理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组卫生管理满意度85.00%,试验组卫生管理质量评分为(93.26±2.48)分,明显高于对照组卫生管理质量评分(85.64±5.75)分,且试验组患者的不良事件发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组不良事件发生率(28.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院卫生管理工作中,采用人性化管理可以明显提高卫生管理质量,提高卫生管理满意度,降低不良事件发生情况,具有较高的临床疗效,临床应用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized management model in hospital health management.Methods Selected 120 cases of trauma patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(60 cases,using conventional management)and the experimental group(60 cases,based on conventional management Implement humanized management),collect and analyze the hygiene management satisfaction,hygiene management quality and adverse events of the two groups of patients.Results The test group patients’hygiene management satisfaction rate was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 85.00%hygiene management satisfaction rate.The test group’s hygiene management quality score was(93.26±2.48)points significantly higher than the control group’s hygiene management quality score(85.64±5.75)points,and the adverse event rate of 6.67%in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the hospital health management,the use of humanized management can significantly improve the quality of health management,increase the satisfaction of health management,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.It has high clinical efficacy and high clinical application value.
