风险管理在髋部骨折患者中的护理效果分析

Analysis of the Nursing Effect of Risk Management in Patients with Hip Fracture

目的探讨风险管理应用于髋部骨折患者护理管理中的临床效果。方法选取该院2018年2-8月未进行风险管理时收治髋部骨折患者55例作为对照组,2018年9月-2019年2月进行风险管理后的55例髋部骨折患者为研究组,实施护理效果的对比研究。结果研究组护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组心理状态优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髋部骨折患者护理过程中应用风险管理模式,使不良事件获得有效降低,提高了护理满意度,效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of risk management in the nursing management of patients with hip fracture.Methods Fifty-five patients with hip fractures admitted to the hospital from February to August 2018 without risk management were selected as the control group,and 55 patients with hip fractures after risk management from September 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group.The research group implemented a comparative study of nursing effects.Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the psychological state of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk management model in the nursing process of hip fracture patients can effectively reduce adverse events and improve nursing satisfaction.The effect is significant.
