临床医学本科生对于医患沟通技能的学习态度分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的该研究通过调查临床医学大三本科生对于医患沟通技能学习的态度,为促进医患沟通课程教学提供科学依据。方法于2018年4月-2019年4月应用中文版CSAS调查高等医学院校临床医学大三本科生的一般情况,测量和评估其对医患沟通技能学习的态度。结果回收有效问卷61份,热爱医学事业的学生消极态度评分量表(negatice attitude subscale,NAS)评分低于不热爱医学事业的学生;选择临床专业因为喜欢医生职业的学生NAS评分低于选择临床专业因为好找工作的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。父母一方是医生或护士的学生积极态度评分量表(positive attitude subscale,PAS)评分高于父母非医生或护士职业的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);选择临床专业因为喜欢医生职业的学生PAS评分高于选择临床专业因为好找工作的学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过中文版CSAS调查,了解医学生医患沟通技能学习的积极态度影响因素,充分了解学生的学习需求、学习动机,培养学生真正热爱医学事业,激发学生的内心原动力,从而达到真正提高临床医学生医患沟通技能培养的实效性。 Objective This study investigates the attitudes of junior clinical medicine undergraduates towards doctor-patient communication skills learning to provide a scientific basis for promoting the teaching of doctor-patient communication courses.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019 the Chinese version of CSAS was used to investigate the general situation of junior clinical medicine undergraduates in medical colleges and universities,and to measure and evaluate their attitudes towards doctor-patient communication skills learning.Results 61 valid questionnaires were collected,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negatice attitude subscale(NAS)scores of students who loved medical careers were lower than those who did not love medical careers;the NAS scores of students who choose clinical majors because they liked doctors careers were lower than those who chose clinical majors because they were easy to find jobs.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive attitude subscale(PAS)score of students whose parents were doctors or nurses was higher than that of students whose parents were not doctors or nurses;the students who chose clinical majors because they liked the profession of doctors had higher PAS scores than those who chose clinical majors because they were easy to find jobs.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the Chinese version of the CSAS survey,to understand the factors influencing the positive attitude of medical students in doctor-patient communication skills learning,fully understand the students'learning needs and motivations,cultivate students to truly love medical careers,stimulate students'inner motivation,and achieve real clinical improvement of the effectiveness of the training of medical students'doctor-patient communication skills.
