护理学专业开设医院感染学课程的实践与探讨

摘要 目的探讨护理学专业开设医院感染学课程的实践,为临床实践总结经验。方法该院于2016年6月-2019年6月期间该院护理学专业学生中,从中选择了85名参加医院感染学课程学生作为该次观察组研究对象,包括2016级22名、2017级20名、2018级20名、2019级23名,分析学生对教学效果的评价,同时选择同期的85名未参加医院感染学课程学生作为该次对照组研究对象,对比两组的教学效果。结果开设医院感染学课程后,85%以上的学生对医院感染知识认知情况良好,75%以上的学生对教学效果的评价较高。开设医院感染学课程后学生感染预防行为评分明显高于开设医院感染学课程前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对护理学专业学生开设医院感染学课程,能够有效提高学生对医院感染知识认知,改善医院预防感染行为,教学效果良好。 Objective To explore the practice of setting up nosocomial infection courses for nursing majors,and to summarize experience for clinical practice.Methods During the period from June 2016 to June 2019 in the hospital,85 students who participated in the nosocomial infection course were selected as the research objects of this observation group,including 22 students in 2016 and 20 students in 2017,23 students in 2019,analyzed the students’evaluation of the teaching effect,and selected 85 students who did not participate in the nosocomial infection course as the control group to compare the teaching effects of the two groups.Results After the nosocomial infection course was opened,more than 85%of the students had a good understanding of nosocomial infection knowledge,and more than 75%of the students had a high evaluation of the teaching effect.The scores of infection prevention behaviors of students after the introduction of nosocomial infection courses were significantly higher than those before the introduction of nosocomial infection courses,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Offering a nosocomial infection course for nursing students can effectively improve students’knowledge of nosocomial infections and improve hospital infection prevention behaviors.The teaching effect is good.
