CBL教学法在放射科医生实习带教中的应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对放射科医生实习带教中CBL教学法的应用效果进行分析。方法选取的研究对象均是该院2018年10月-2019年10月在放射科进行临床实习的94名实习生,将94名放射科临床实习生随机分为对照组和实验组,每组47名,实验组采用CBL教学法,而对照组采用传统教学法,对两组放射科临床实习生实习后的考核成绩、实习生对于教学的满意程度以及患者对于实习生的满意程度进行比较分析。结果通过对比表明实验组实习生的考核成绩明显高于对照组实习生的考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组实习生对带教方法的满意度明显高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对实验组实习生的满意度明显高于对照组实习生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射科医生实习带教中采用CBL教学法,能有效提高实习生的考核成绩,使实习生的满意度得到提高,并提高患者对于实习生的满意度,有效提高了放射科实习带教教学质量,具有较高的临床意义。 Objective To analyze the application effect of CBL teaching method in the practice teaching of radiologists.Methods The selected research objects were all 94 interns who had clinical internships in the radiology department of the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.The 94 radiology clinical interns were randomly divided into a control group and an experiment group,47 in each group.The experimental group adopt the CBL teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The evaluation results of the two groups of radiology clinical interns after the internship,the degree of satisfaction of the interns with the teaching,and the patients'internship degree of satisfaction of students was compared and analyzed.Results It showed that the evaluation scores of the experimental group interns were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group’s interns’satisfaction with teaching methods was significantly higher than that of the control group Interns,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of patients with interns in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of CBL teaching method in the internship teaching of radiologists can effectively improve the appraisal results of interns,improve the satisfaction of interns,and improve the satisfaction of patients with interns,and effectively improve the teaching quality of the internship of radiology department,which has high clinical significance.
