Evaluation of the Effect of PDCA Cycle Method in the Pre-job Training of New Nurses

目的探讨PDCA循环法在新护士岗前培训中的应用价值。方法对2018年6月-2019年5月期间该院新到岗的72名护士采用PDCA循环法实施岗前培训,观察培训效果。结果培训前,72名新到岗护士各方面考核成绩中理论知识(81.25±5.77)分、实践操作(85.73±6.78)分、礼仪(81.78±6.12)分均低于培训后各方面考核成绩(90.33±6.63)分、(94.20±5.80)分、(94.20±5.84)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.766、8.055、12.458,P<0.05)。结论在新到岗护士应用PDCA循环法进行岗前培训可明显提高新到岗护士的综合素质与临床适应能力,优势显著,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA circulation method in the pre-job training of new nurses.Methods The PDCA cycle method was used to implement pre-job training for 72 nurses newly arrived in the hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 to observe the training effect.Results Before the training,72 newly arrived nurses had scores of theoretical knowledge(81.25±5.77)points,practical operation(85.73±6.78)points,etiquette(81.78±6.12)points in all aspects of assessment scores,all lower than the assessment scores after training(90.33±6.63)points,(94.20±5.80)points,(94.20±5.84)points,the difference between the two was statistically significant(t=8.766,8.055,12.458,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method for pre-job training of newly arrived nurses can significantly improve the comprehensive quality and clinical adaptability of newly arrived nurses.It has significant advantages and is worthy of further promotion.
