探讨牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病伴牙周病患者的影响

Exploring the Effect of Basic Periodontal Treatment on Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Periodontal Disease

目的探究牙周基础治疗对2型糖尿病伴牙周病患者的临床影响。方法方便选取2018年11月—2019年12月期间该院收治的84例2型糖尿病伴牙周病患者参与该次研究,根据抽签法进行随机分组,包括对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=42)。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者采用牙周基础治疗,比较两组患者治疗后血糖水平、炎性因子水平和牙周健康指标。结果观察组患者治疗后的PLI(2.75±0.11)分、PD(2.14±0.13)mm、AL(3.16±0.34)mm、BOPR(0.15±0.04)%、FBG(7.58±0.62)mmol/L、HbAlc(7.33±0.41)%、TNF-α(8.82±0.42)pg/mL、hs-CRP(2.47±1.13)mg/L均低于对照组(3.04±0.16)分、(2.68±0.21)mm、(3.55±0.35)mm、(0.27±0.12)%、(9.34±1.15)mmol/L、(8.47±0.68)%、(13.06±0.55)pg/mL、(3.84±1.25)mg/L,经比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.679、14.169、5.179、6.148、8.730、9.304、39.707、5.269,P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗能够有效维持2型糖尿病伴牙周病患者的血糖水平,促进炎性因子水平下降,维护其牙周健康。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of basic periodontal treatment on patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease who were admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were conveniently selected to participate in this study,and randomized according to the lottery method,including the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42).Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received basic periodontal treatment.The blood glucose levels,inflammatory factor levels and periodontal health indicators were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results PLI(2.75±0.11)points,PD(2.14±0.13)mm,AL(3.16±0.34)mm,BOPR(0.15±0.04)%,FBG(7.58±0.62)mmol/L,HbAlc(7.33±0.41)%,TNF-α(8.82±0.42)pg/mL,hs-CRP(2.47±1.13)mg/L,lower than the control group(3.04±0.16)points,(2.68±0.21)mm,(3.55±0.35)mm,(0.27±0.12)%,(9.34±1.15)mmol/L,(8.47±0.68)%,(13.06±0.55)pg/mL,(3.84±1.25)mg/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.679,14.169,5.179,6.148,8.730,9.304,39.707,5.269,P<0.05).Conclusion basic periodontal treatment can effectively maintain the blood sugar level of patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease,promote the decline of inflammatory factors,and maintain their periodontal health.
