集束化护理策略在无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者安全管理中的应用

Application of Clustered Nursing Strategy in the Safety Management of Patients with Painless Gastrointestinal Endoscopy

目的探究集束化护理策略在无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者中的安全管理状况。方法于2018年12月—2019年11月,共方便选取该院92例无痛胃肠镜联合检查患者进行该次研究,选用电脑随机数字法,将研究对象分为两组,对比组46例,研究组46例。对比组进行常规安全管理护理,研究组在对比组基础上进行集束化护理策略运用。分析两组的不良事件发生率与患者的护理满意度。结果研究组发生0例术中呛咳、1例术后恶心呕吐,不良事件总发生率为2.17%,对比组发生2例术中呛咳、5例术后恶心呕吐,总发生率为15.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.120,P=0.023);研究组非常满意39例、基本满意5例、不满意2例,满意度为95.65%,对比组非常满意32例、基本满意6例、不满意8例,满意度为82.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.039,P=0.044)。结论在无痛胃肠镜联合检查安全管理中在进行常规安全管理护理的同时采用集束化护理策略,能够更好地避免不良事件的发生,提升患者的护理满意度,临床中的安全管理护理效果较好。

Objective To explore the safety management status of clustered nursing strategies in patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy combined examination.Methods A total of 92 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in the undergraduate room from December 2018 to November 2019 were convenient selected for this study.The computer random number method was used to divide the study subjects into 2 groups,and the comparison group 46 cases,46 cases in the study group.The comparison group carried out routine safety management care,and the study group applied clustered nursing strategies on the basis of the comparison group.And analyzed the incidence of adverse events and patients'nursing satisfaction in the two groups.Results 0 cases of intraoperative coughing occurred in the study group,1 case of postoperative nausea and vomiting,and the total incidence rate of adverse events was 2.17%.In the control group,2 cases of intraoperative coughing occurred and 5 cases of postoperative nausea and vomiting,the rate was 15.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.120,P=0.023);39 cases in the study group were very satisfied,5 cases were basically satisfied,2 cases were dissatisfied,and the satisfaction rate was 95.65%.The comparison group was very satisfied with 32 cases and basically satisfied with 6 cases,8 cases were dissatisfied,the satisfaction rate was 82.61%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.039,P=0.044).Conclusion In the safety management of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy combined with routine safety management and nursing care,the clustered nursing strategy can better avoid the occurrence of adverse events,improve the patient's nursing satisfaction,and the clinical safety management nursing effect is better.
